About Socks
We are capable of making custom socks with small-volume production of a wide range of different items. Negotiable depending on design complexity and material chosen.
For simple patterns (logo position for example), we can help with platemaking. Or suggest our reference design for putting your logo on.
If you are a professional designer and would like to submit a design, please send us information about your work (AI or editable PDF file) and a cloud link with your artwork file.
We have the capability to do not only common yarns’ knitting but also source special yarn for different purposes. (Our ethical coffee yarn which is kind of recycled polyester for example.)
Our socks are 100% made in Taiwan. Welcome to visit our office and factory to know more.
We are always thinking about new types of socks we can make and always looking into new styles and fits, so if you have something in mind, let us know!
OEM samples are free of charge for up to 1-2 items per color, style, size if just simple jacquard socks with standard thickness structure. It takes around 10-14 working days as usual turnaround for sample production. But delivery freight costs to be collected from the customer.
We have been trying an effort to assist customers with value-added service. That’s why we support flexible MOQ and FOC placemaking fees for some simple designs. Then you may ask..how about packing? For sure we also support sourcing the custom-made box/bag just exclusive for customers.

Paultex has more than 20 years of professional experience making hosiery product. We support flexible MOQ and recycle yarn Sourcing. Our team, full of enthusiasm, provides consultative services and tailor-made product for clients. Also support sustainable, fashionable and functional solutions of all concepts.
Our office is located in Taipei, Taiwan, while the factory is in Shetou, Changhua County, Taiwan. The distance between is around 200km, which is 2.5H Car-Driving or 1.5H by High-Speed Train.
Paultex is certificated by Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S ® Number:656046297, enabling clients to check our business record to manage the potential risk. If client needs to apply other certificates like yarns or factories, welcome to contact us for further discussion.
About Payment
Telegraphic/Wire Transfer (T/T) in advance to be discussed and set prior to order confirmation. We also accept Paypal as payment for sampling or delivery cost of small value amount. We apologize for this inconvenience but we are unable to accept credit cards directly for international orders unless you have Alibaba account.
About Shipping
Normally, we ship using the SEA/AIR couriers for formal PO and even expressways like UPS / FedEx / DHL / EMS systems for sample or small quantity delivery. It’s always welcome by using your contracted courier service if necessary.
Lead time on formal order: 30-45 days for new orders, while 25-35 days for re-orders (some are 60 days, eg.tie dying socks or special yarn made socks)
