Step 1: Choose Socks Manufacturer with Fully Customized Socks

Putting a logo on plain socks could easily solve the case. But is it the best option for custom socks? It is good to know if a sock manufacturer offers to customize the whole product. You will be able to control color, design, and features that are suitable for a particular occasion. So your custom socks will be one of their own!

Step 2: Determine your Application / Activity

Dress Socks/ Casual

A high-quality, breathable pair of socks is the top choice for dress socks. Materials that repel odors like coffee yarn (Recycled Polyester) or Bamboo yarn are a plus in long office hours on a daily basis. Cotton with a blend of synthetic fiber (Polyester and coffee yarn for example) could help wick moisture and leave the feet dry and comfy.  

Novelty patterns and design are highlights. Confirm whether the manufacturer could make custom socks straight from your design while providing a seamless 360-degree printing pattern with high quality. It alleviates your design burden and is able to present richer colors to a different extent.

Sports / Outdoor

Step 4: Know Your Order Quantity

Depending on how many socks you make, the quantity limits the techniques to be used and affects the price. There is often a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) restriction.

For small quantities, Jacquard sock could be a good way. The other option is a 360-degree seamless printing sock, which is different than the traditional Sublimation sock. It could be printed with continuous patterns, leaving no unprinted white lines on both sides of the sock. Patterns with large color blocks or gradient effect are especially ideal for this method. Depending on the purpose of the custom sock, this method could apply directly to our standard sock type and material. It is very recommended for small quantity needs.

For large quantities, methods such as Embroidery logo, Anti Slip (Gel Printing), Woven Label, and Heat Transfer Logo or choosing special materials like Recycled Polyester, Coolmax, and wool, are requiring a certain amount to be able to make.

Step 5: Get the Design Ready!
